Add to Outlook (Desktop)

1. Copy you signature
2. Compose a new email on Outlook
3. On the message tab click signature and then on signatures
4. Click new and name your signature (e.g "personal")
5. Go to "Edit signature" area and paste your signature. Then click Ok
   
6. Update the signature with your information!
7. Done!

Add to your iPhone (Mail App)

1. Highlight your entire signature and click “Copy”
2. Exit your email and go to Settings > Mail - scroll down to tap Signature.
3. Tap the signature field and paste
4. Shake your iPhone to display the graphics and image
5. When the popup appears to Undo Typing, tap “Undo”
6. Update the signature template with your information
