Cousino Restoration updated the mitigation scope, meticulously removed all base cabinets, including a damaged sink base that required careful cutting due to plumbing fixtures. They performed a 4-inch, 15 linear feet cut-out on the exterior wall behind the cabinets to address the affected area. Antimicrobial treatment was applied to the stud wall cavities to prevent mold growth. A small load of debris was hauled away, and all equipment was removed after confirming no significant moisture remained beyond the initially affected cabinets.
