I am so impressed with the quick response from Cousino to put our kitchen and bathroom back together after we had water damage. When the first contractor we attempted to use said they wouldn't be able to even sit down with us for 3 weeks to even discuss repairs after mitigation, Cousino immediately came out, gave us an estimate, and started work 2 days later. Everyone communicated well with us, they were respectful of our space, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The process was so smooth with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help after water damage in their home!

Called Cousino's at 2:30 pm, Amber was on site with crew lead Cole within an hour of the discovery of a flooded basement due to pipe break and running for hours, then evaluating and walking us through their process. Cole and crew were on site promptly at 9:00 am the next morning, removing contents of basement withing a few hours and then beginning the cleanup process, Cole's crew was courteous and careful, these guys work Hard! The basement is now dry and ready for the restoration. looking forward to working with them in the future for the "Build"

Cousino’s conducted the repair portion of the water damage that took place in our home. We had another company do the mitigation for the damage and in hindsight I would’ve had Cousino’s do the entire restoration and repair project. Jeremiah and the crew were professional and considerate of our home, understanding that we were still actively living there, putting up and taking down drop cloth every day. We appreciate the hard work and prompt response almost as much as the result!

Amber and her mitigation crew were awesome in helping me with clearing out water damage in my basement. They were prompt, friendly, and did a great job clearing out carpeting, paneling, and drop ceiling. They checked on their fans and dehumidifiers daily. I felt so comfortable with them and even let them work without me being home. This was a great experience with a stressful situation. Now Dustin and his repair team will be back to complete the restoration . I am so relieved and satisfied that I chose Cousino's. Mary in the office was excellent as well and helped me so much. Thus far, choosing Cousino’s as my restoration company choice has been a blessing, as they have been so keen in helping restore my house back into a home. They also have been helpful in navigating through my insurance company and working alongside with my schedule while having a busy family. Had a flooded basement, full size mind you a couple weeks ago. Got ahold of Cousino Restoration & Environmental. Best decision we ever made, very impressed. Brandon S. and his team arrived the next day evaluated what had happened, had a plan, sat down and explained everything they were going to do and did it. Everything got done, no mess left behind and someone came out every day for 5 days to check on things to make sure it was getting dried. Highly Recommend this company!!! Her ability to communicate, phone/txt, and email, is wonderful. These days can be difficult to find Companies with such an Old School approach to High Quality service. Reasonable price Cousino’s Restoration was great to work with after a water leak. Brandon and his team were quick to respond, professional, and easy to communicate with. They came by every day to check on the work, made adjustments when needed, and kept everything clean throughout the process. Brandon kept me in the loop the entire time, which I really appreciated. My name is jeanette and I did not use this company for the services they offerbut I am leaving a review because one of their workers named Brandon helped me while I was struggling in the parking lot with some groceries recently. He even followed me home around the corner from the Kroger and even helped take them inside. I am handicapped and was having issues and most wpuld watch but he jumped right in. I hope you all hire many more people like him.He is a great young man and I will be calling you if me or my family ever need anything with our homes or our businesses.
