The customer experienced significant water or moisture damage in both a pink and a blue bathroom, requiring extensive demolition and drying efforts. The pink bathroom had affected drywall, insulation, and tile flooring, while the blue bathroom also required tile floor and vanity removal.

Cousino Restoration performed comprehensive demolition in both affected bathrooms. In the pink bathroom, affected drywall, insulation, and tile flooring were removed. In the blue bathroom, the tile floor and vanity were removed. Moisture points were added to the floor for monitoring, and drying equipment, including one dehumidifier and one air scrubber, were set up in the blue bathroom. Containments were properly fixed, and all equipment was pulled upon completion of the drying process.
