The customer experienced water damage and subsequent mold growth affecting ceiling tiles, drywall, plastic, and insulation in two rooms. Visible discoloration and active mold were present on ceiling surfaces.

Our team established containment in both affected rooms and utilized air scrubbers to maintain negative pressure. We HEPA vacuumed all visible discoloration, then carefully cut out and removed approximately 15 sqft of discolored drywall, plastic, and insulation from each room. Following material removal, we thoroughly HEPA vacuumed the walls, ceiling tracks, and grid, and wiped down all affected surfaces including walls, windows, containment barriers, and floors. The floors were then vacuumed and mopped. Finally, we applied Decon 30 disinfectant and subsequently removed all containment and air scrubbers.
