The customer experienced significant water damage necessitating the extraction of floors, removal of affected carpet squares, disposal of base materials, and remediation of damaged drywall.

Cousino Restoration performed water extraction from the affected floors, identified and addressed removal points, pulled and disposed of affected carpet squares and base materials, took atmospheric readings to monitor drying progress, disposed of affected drywall, vacuumed and wiped down tracks, and set up specialized drying equipment. The team also scheduled a return visit to relocate a desk area and remove additional affected drywall.
