Job completed for Todd B

Completion date: May 20, 2026

Location: Plymouth, MI

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced significant water damage resulting in a compromised ceiling, visible insulation, and potentially wet drywall, requiring immediate water damage restoration and removal of affected building materials.

Solutions provided:

Cousino Restoration initiated the project by moving and cleaning flower pots, disassembling the bed frame, and setting up door containment with an air scrubber for dust control. They covered contents and the door in the bedroom, then proceeded to remove the affected drywall and insulation. Post-demolition, the team cleaned, vacuumed, and mopped the floors before setting up drying equipment. Throughout the process, atmospheric and moisture readings were taken. Upon completion, all equipment and containment were removed. The king-size mattress was disposed of, and the remainder of the bed frame was transported to the shop for cleaning. The floors were thoroughly swept and mopped, and a final walkout docusketch was completed for documentation.
