Job completed for Aaron R

Completion date: May 18, 2026

Location: Ottawa Hills, OH

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us due to a water damage event that affected their bathroom and adjacent structural areas. They required professional mitigation to identify hidden moisture, safely remove damaged building materials, and prevent potential mould growth within the wall cavities.

Solutions provided:

We recorded initial atmospheric and moisture readings to assess the extent of the damage before completing the remaining demolition work. Our technicians thoroughly HEPA vacuumed all areas to remove debris. We removed the bathroom vanity and countertop to expose the water-damaged drywall hidden behind them, allowing us to apply a professional antimicrobial treatment to all affected surfaces. Finally, we tucked insulation into the openings on the exterior sheeting and foundation to properly secure the property for the drying phase.
