The customer experienced significant water damage that originated near the kitchen sink and traveled down through the HVAC system into the basement. The water saturation caused extensive damage to the kitchen cabinetry, ceiling, drywall, wall paneling, and flooring, requiring immediate professional water mitigation and demolition to prevent further structural damage and mold growth.

We performed comprehensive water mitigation, structural drying, and targeted demolition. Our team safely removed unsalvageable materials, including saturated baseboard trim, delaminated carpet and padding, wooden paneling, drywall, and wet fiberglass insulation. In the kitchen, we removed the damaged base cabinets while securing the sink. We applied antimicrobial sprays to all affected areas to inhibit mold and set up an Injectidry system alongside commercial dehumidifiers and high-velocity air movers. We monitored the progress with daily moisture and atmospheric readings until the structure was fully dried and ready for the customer's requested rapid reconstruction.
