To address the customer’s structural and moisture issues, we provided a comprehensive remediation plan that began in the crawl space, where we installed stacked cinder block support piers on solid footings to reinforce the foundation and stabilize the floor above. We also addressed moisture control in the crawl space by installing a durable plastic vapor barrier over the soil. Moving to the interior of the home, we handled necessary renovation or water damage repairs, which involved removing damaged drywall to expose the wall studs and subfloor, allowing for thorough drying and structural inspection before the final restoration.
