The customer experienced an indoor water intrusion event leading to saturated flooring and wet wall cavities, requiring immediate emergency water damage mitigation to prevent further structural deterioration and mold growth.

Our technicians responded to the emergency water intrusion by performing content manipulation to secure household belongings, such as children's toys and storage units, away from the affected area. We then performed targeted demolition, removing the baseboards and the lower portion of the drywall to fully expose the saturated wall cavities, sill plates, and subfloor. Finally, commercial-grade equipment, including a high-velocity centrifugal air mover, was deployed directly against the exposed structural elements to execute comprehensive structural drying and restore the property to its pre-loss condition.
