The customer experienced a significant plumbing leak originating in the bathroom that spread to adjacent rooms, causing severe water saturation to the hallway subfloor, baseboards, and surrounding materials.
We initiated emergency water damage mitigation by tracing the moisture migration from the bathroom and performing targeted demolition to access the trapped water. Our technicians carefully pulled back the affected carpeting and removed the damaged baseboards in the adjacent hallway to fully expose the saturated subfloor for proper assessment. To protect the customer's fixtures and ensure unobstructed access for structural drying equipment, we safely detached the bathroom vanity sink and temporarily staged it inside the glass shower enclosure while the surrounding tile and subflooring were dried.
