The customer required emergency fire damage restoration following a structure fire that caused extensive charring to the wooden roof joists, ruined the decking, and left heavy smoke and soot damage across the corrugated metal interior.

We delivered comprehensive fire mitigation and structural remediation services. This involved the safe tear-out of structurally compromised roofing materials, specialized soot and debris removal from the surviving metal surfaces, and the thorough deodorization of the affected framing to prepare the space for safe reconstruction.
