The customer experienced significant water intrusion in their finished basement, resulting in standing water on the concrete slab, saturated flooring, and wet drywall that required immediate professional mitigation to prevent further structural deterioration.
We provided emergency water damage restoration by first extracting the standing water and clearing the affected basement area of personal contents, tools, and debris. Our technicians then performed targeted demolition, which included pulling up the saturated laminate flooring and executing flood cuts to remove the damaged lower drywall and baseboards, fully exposing the wet wall cavities and sill plates. Finally, we deployed commercial-grade drying equipment, including a high-capacity dehumidifier, to thoroughly dry the exposed concrete subfloor and wooden wall studs, ensuring the foundation was completely stabilized and ready for the reconstruction phase.
