The customer experienced a significant water intrusion event within a commercial or institutional facility, resulting in standing water and contamination across the hard surface flooring that required immediate professional extraction and environmental control.

We executed an emergency commercial water damage mitigation protocol by deploying technicians to perform heavy-duty water extraction on the affected vinyl composition tile using specialized wand extractors. To ensure a safe and controlled environment during the mitigation process, we erected heavy-duty plastic containment barriers with zipper access and thoroughly sanitized the entry points to prevent cross-contamination into unaffected areas. Furthermore, we installed commercial-grade HEPA air scrubbers to purify the indoor air, capture airborne particulates, and support the structural drying process, successfully restoring the facility to a safe and operational state.
