The customer experienced an indoor water intrusion event leading to saturated carpets and potential moisture damage to the structural elements of their property, necessitating urgent professional water damage mitigation.

Our technicians responded promptly to the emergency water damage call and began by removing the affected skirting boards to allow access to the wet wall cavities. We then lifted the saturated carpeting and removed the damaged underlay, rolling it up for safe disposal and clearing the concrete subfloor in the storage area. Finally, we deployed commercial-grade centrifugal air movers directly beneath the lifted carpet and along the exposed walls to facilitate rapid structural drying, halt moisture migration, and prevent the growth of mould.
