The customer contacted us after experiencing a significant water leak from above, which resulted in severe water staining, vertical streaking down the walls, and compromised ceiling drywall in a residential living area.

We identified and mitigated the source of the water intrusion, facilitated structural drying, and performed drywall patching and skim-coating on the ceiling to prepare the affected room for final painting and restoration.
