The customer experienced an indoor water leak that migrated across multiple rooms, severely saturating the carpets and underlying structural floors in the bedroom and adjacent living areas, which required immediate professional water damage mitigation.

We responded to the emergency water intrusion by executing a targeted structural drying plan. Our technicians carefully moved the furniture and pulled back the saturated carpeting and underlay in the affected bedroom to expose the wet OSB subfloor. We then removed the lower skirting boards in the corners to allow for proper airflow and deployed professional drying equipment to extract the trapped moisture, halting further damage and ensuring the property was properly stabilised for final restoration.
