Job completed for Matthew M

Completion date: September 22, 2026

Location: Toledo, OH

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us due to water damage in the attic area, which affected the roof sheathing and structural framing and required inspection, drying, and restoration.

Solutions provided:

The affected attic area was inspected for moisture and visible signs of water intrusion. Water-affected roof sheathing and structural framing were evaluated, with moisture levels checked throughout the impacted areas to identify areas requiring drying and restoration. The affected attic framing and roof sheathing were dried and treated as necessary to address the effects of the water intrusion. Restoration work included cleaning the impacted wood surfaces, removing any unsalvageable affected materials where required, and completing the necessary drying and stabilization of the attic assembly. Final moisture readings were taken to verify that the affected areas had reached acceptable drying conditions.
