Job completed for Lana T

Completion date: September 29, 2026

Location: Maumee, OH

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced water damage in a source room and affected areas, leading to damaged drywall and potential microbial growth.

Solutions provided:

Upon arrival, the source room was thoroughly inspected, and comprehensive moisture readings were taken across all affected areas to accurately determine the full extent of the water damage. Materials impacted by water were prioritized for removal to halt the progression of damage and facilitate proper drying of the affected spaces. Water-damaged drywall was expertly removed and subsequently replaced as an integral part of the restoration process. All materials slated for removal were treated with an antimicrobial agent before being taken from the affected area, a crucial step to address potential microbial growth and maintain a sterile work environment throughout the project.
