Visible water damage was identified along the lower wall sections surrounding the windows and exterior doors. The wood framing and trim showed significant moisture-related deterioration, including dark staining, discoloration, peeling paint, and areas of deteriorated wood. Water staining was also visible along the lower exterior siding and window/door sill areas.
The affected exterior areas were documented and evaluated to determine the extent of the water intrusion and damage. Particular attention was given to the damaged wood beneath the windows and along the lower wall, where prolonged moisture exposure appears to have affected the condition of the materials. The surrounding drainage, soil, and exterior surfaces were also visually assessed as part of the inspection. The affected areas were prepared for water damage mitigation and restoration, with damaged and deteriorated materials identified for appropriate removal or repair. Photo documentation was completed to record the condition of the exterior and support the restoration process.
