The customer contacted our restoration company after experiencing sewage damage and contamination in the crawl space. The sewage intrusion left the area contaminated and requiring professional cleanup, disinfection, and moisture removal to help prevent further damage and restore the crawl space to a safe and sanitary condition.

Performed comprehensive sewage damage cleanup in the crawl space, including removal of contaminated vapor barrier and accumulated debris. All affected areas were thoroughly cleaned, sprayed, and disinfected to address contaminated surfaces and reduce microbial growth risks. Lime was spread throughout the crawl space for stabilization. Following inspection, damp soil was identified, and a dehumidifier was installed to remove excess moisture and support the drying process. The crawl space is being continuously monitored, with the dehumidifier remaining in place to dry the affected areas, and final moisture conditions will be evaluated.
