The customer experienced significant water damage or moisture issues affecting multiple areas of their property, necessitating extensive demolition, drying, and decontamination efforts.

Our team provided comprehensive water damage restoration services over three days. On day 1, we began demolition in all affected areas, shifted contents, and transferred wet items into dry boxes. Work areas were thoroughly cleaned and organized, antimicrobial was applied, and additional drying equipment was set. Day 2 involved further demolition, including the removal of baseboards, trim, affected flooring materials, and drywall in some areas. Contents were shifted as needed, non-salvageable items were documented and disposed of, and two air scrubbers were set. All impacted areas were then treated with antimicrobial. On Day 3, a moisture assessment was performed, Docusketch documentation was completed to identify materials and measurements, and three dehumidifiers were set for stabilization to control moisture levels.
