The customer experienced significant moisture issues affecting the hallway bathroom and master bedroom, leading to damage to baseboards, walls, carpet, and padding.

Our team arrived on-site and conducted thorough moisture readings. We removed all baseboards from the hallway bathroom and the affected walls in the master bedroom. Baseboards were precisely cut on affected walls in both the master bedroom and hallway due to insulation. We then carefully pulled up the affected carpet and pad. Equipment, including industrial air movers, was set up to begin the drying process, and an antimicrobial solution was sprayed to prevent mold growth.
