The customer experienced heavy water saturation in the carpet of a bedroom and hallway in their main basement, along with high humidity, standing water on the floor, and a bad smell throughout the basement.

Upon arrival, atmospheric and moisture readings were taken, and a walk-in docu sketch was completed. Heavily saturated carpet was extracted from bedroom one and the main basement hallway. All affected carpet and pad were removed, bagged, and disposed of. An antimicrobial agent was sprayed on all flooring and the bottom foot of walls, as well as on the bottoms of all contents. Dehumidifiers were set up to address high humidity and standing water, and air scrubbers were deployed to eliminate the bad smell in the basement.
