The entire office space of a driving school was flooded, requiring extensive water extraction and remediation. Contents were moved to elevated surfaces by workers. The flood damage necessitated pulling all rubber baseboards and performing flood cuts 1-2 feet up on the drywall, potentially higher near the water main break area.
Cousino Restoration performed comprehensive water extraction from the flooded driving school office, including cleaning the affected areas and deploying drying equipment. This involved removing damaged rubber baseboards, preparing the drywall for flood cuts, monitoring moisture levels, and setting up exterior water diversion barriers to manage ongoing water ingress.
