The customer experienced significant moisture accumulation and water damage in their basement, evidenced by standing water, damp concrete, and potential mold growth.

Our team conducted a thorough assessment, taking moisture points and atmospheric readings to identify the extent of the water intrusion. We checked the existing drying equipment and partially pulled out some, including one dehumidifier (dehu) and two fans. The remaining equipment was adjusted to precisely target the dry conditions, ensuring efficient moisture removal and restoration of the affected areas.
