The facility experienced a Category 3 black water loss, specifically involving sewage or contaminated grey water backing up into the premises, requiring immediate and critical intervention.

Our team executed a comprehensive restoration process starting with critical containment to prevent further spread of contaminants. This was followed by targeted demolition of affected materials, including baseboards and sections of drywall, to remove all contaminated elements safely. Specialized drying equipment, such as industrial air movers and dehumidifiers, was deployed to thoroughly dry the affected areas. Finally, we completed the restoration with reconstruction and finishing touches, including the installation of new baseboards, to return the facility to its pre-loss condition.
