Completion date: July 30, 2026

Location: Monclova, OH

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced water damage in their basement, likely from a sump pump issue, affecting cardboard boxes, a rug, and drywall behind the sump pump. Contents needed to be relocated and damaged items removed to provide access for mitigation.

Solutions provided:

Cousino Restoration arrived on site and began by relocating basement contents to access the affected area. Water-damaged cardboard boxes and an unwanted rug were removed for disposal. A 6-inch flood cut was performed on approximately 4 linear feet of drywall located behind the sump pump. Storage containers were cleaned and treated with an EPA-registered antimicrobial solution, which was then applied to the entire affected work area. Three air scrubbers equipped with carbon filters were installed to assist with air filtration and odor control during mitigation. Final documentation photographs of the work were completed.
