What solutions did you provide? Our team carried out a detailed inspection across both the bathroom and laundry room, utilizing professional moisture meters to measure exact saturation levels in the walls and surrounding building materials. To determine the path of water migration above the false ceiling, we opened structural access points in the bulkhead and removed damaged drywall to expose the framing. We then assessed the damp wooden joists, evaluated areas showing moisture buildup and early signs of microbial growth, and initiated a comprehensive structural drying and mitigation plan to stabilize the property and prevent secondary damage.
