Location: Sylvania, OH

Why did the customer contact us?

The property suffered a significant water loss impacting multiple areas, including a bathroom and adjacent lower-level spaces. Visible water damage was present on the bathroom ceiling, necessitating the removal of ceiling tiles for inspection. Drywall and other building materials were also removed to expose the underlying structure and determine the full extent of water migration throughout the affected areas.

Solutions provided:

Our team initiated comprehensive water mitigation by carefully removing damaged ceiling tiles, drywall, and other compromised building materials to fully expose the structure. We deployed specialized drying equipment to efficiently remove moisture from all affected areas. Additionally, carpeted stairs and nearby flooring were meticulously protected with plastic sheeting to prevent further damage during the restoration process.
