Our team conducted a full-scale property and crawl space inspection to evaluate the severity of the water damage and identify structural vulnerabilities throughout the residence. We completed a thorough hazard and debris assessment across heavily impacted rooms—including cluttered storage corridors, contaminated crawl spaces, and sewage- or mud-inundated kitchen cabinetry—to establish an accurate scope of work for debris removal, sanitization, and structural drying. Following the on-site inspection, we compiled detailed documentation, moisture readings, and photo records to generate an official mitigation and restoration estimate for the client.
