The customer contacted Cousino Restoration after experiencing active water damage affecting the stairway entrance and an upstairs bathroom, requiring emergency mitigation, moisture mapping, selective demolition, and structural drying.

Our team conducted comprehensive moisture mapping, set up containment barriers, and removed water-damaged drywall, laminate flooring, hardwood sections, stair pads, and the bathroom vanity. We treated all exposed materials with an EPA-registered antimicrobial solution and deployed commercial dehumidifiers and air movers to achieve structural drying.
