The customer contacted Cousino Restoration following a residential house fire that caused damage to the exterior soffit, siding, and roofline, requiring emergency board-up and weatherproofing protection.

Our team secured and enclosed two sides of the damaged soffit using OSB sheathing and 2x4 framing, and installed a heavy-duty tarp weighted and fastened over the damaged roof slope to protect the property from weather exposure until permanent reconstruction begins.
