The customer contacted Cousino Restoration after experiencing water intrusion affecting multiple living areas, utility spaces, and the crawlspace, requiring comprehensive moisture mapping, structural drying, and microbial treatment.

Our team performed atmospheric and moisture readings across affected areas, treated the vapor barrier and joists with an antimicrobial spray, and strategically deployed and monitored commercial dehumidifiers and air movers. After drying standing water in the crawlspace and confirming all structural materials met the dry standard, we finalized documentation, captured walkout photos, and removed all drying equipment.
