The property experienced a sewage loss that affected the crawlspace and required immediate emergency cleanup.

The restoration team established protective drop cloths from the doorway to the crawlspace entrances, contained the access points, and pumped out the sewage. The crawlspace was then flushed with clean water to remove remaining sewage residue before lime was applied to the affected area. An antimicrobial treatment was also applied to help address contamination and reduce the risk of microbial growth. A HEPA air scrubber was set to improve air quality, while surrounding areas were cleaned and protected. Due to the customer's request to reopen the restaurant for business the following morning, the initial emergency services were completed with the remaining crawlspace extraction scheduled after the restaurant closed. A septic truck was planned to pump out the crawlspace during the scheduled follow-up service. Walkout photos and documentation were completed to record the emergency restoration work.
