Sewage contamination was identified on the flooring, drywall, and sub-pump in the affected area.

The affected surfaces were cleaned by removing visible sewage and wastewater using mopping and wiping with rags. An antimicrobial treatment was applied to the contaminated areas. Affected drywall was cut 6 inches high to facilitate remediation. Two air scrubbers were placed in the affected area and an outside area to assist with air filtration and odor control during the drying and remediation process.
