The property sustained severe lightning-related damage, resulting in fire- and smoke-related impacts to the garage and surrounding living areas, which required professional restoration, structural repairs, and contamination remediation.

Upon taking on the restoration project, our team performed comprehensive structural repairs and fire damage mitigation throughout the impacted areas. We replaced the damaged aluminum siding on the garage exterior and applied new finish coats of paint to restore its appearance. To resolve residual fire and smoke contamination, we applied a shellac-based primer and sealer to encapsulate odors on affected surfaces before adding two final coats of paint.
