The customer required professional water damage restoration services due to heavy water intrusion that severely impacted the drywall, flooring, and laundry room areas of the property.

Our technician performed initial moisture mapping and atmospheric readings to assess the extent of the water intrusion. We deployed specialized drying equipment to thoroughly mitigate the affected drywall and flooring, closely monitoring atmospheric readings and drying progress throughout the project. Once dry goals were successfully reached, all structural drying equipment was retrieved. Complete 3D and visual documentation was captured using DocuSketch, and all required Certificate of Satisfaction (COS) paperwork was executed with the customer.
