• Comment: I had a kitchen fire and was referred to this company for clean up. I had never had to file a claim with my insurance and was unsure of how all of it worked. I didn't receive much help form the agent I was working with at all. I called Cousino and gave all the information that was asked of me and was told I would receive a call back to go into further detail as to what happened and what was needed. I received a call the next day and spoke with Ed. He was so helpful in answering all of my questions, took his time to help me understand what all to expect in every part of filing claims, even the stuff that would not be handled by his company. He was very polite and professional. He came out to do the inspection and was very thorough. He showed me spots from the grease that I hadn't noticed before. He explained in detail what the company would come out to do at the house as far as clean up. I was given an estimated date that a crew would be there. He checked in daily, whether it was a quick text or short call, to make sure everything was still ok and keeping me up to date with their emergency flood job that they had just began when I called. They came to my house as expected. There were 2 vans, they brought in all of their needed equipment, explained what they were about to do and went to work. They were there 8 hours cleaning. I didn't truly know what to expect as I was really expecting walls, ceilings, cupboards but the outside of everything. When they were finished, they did all that I thought they were going to do plus more. They organized all of my cupboards after wiping everything in them, cleaned all the toys in the play area and organized those, my office space in my den, etc. I almost felt bad as I have 4 kids, I work full time and go to school full time so I know the clutter was definitely a lot. They didn't seem to mind. They were all do personable and nice and even stayed patient and pleasant, even playing with my dog who was jumping all over them. Overall, I was beyond pleased with the job that was done. They will be coming back out to do some painting and replacing some things that were damaged and I'm sure I will have the same great experience as I did this time.
