• Comment: We had a water line break in our home this weekend at 4:30am on Saturday morning. There was 3 inches of water upstairs, and it was gushing through into my finished basement. After calling about 5 different places to help us, and getting either no answer, or a "we'll call you back" answer we called Cousino's at 8:30am and was connected to a Supervisor immediately. By 9:30am, a crew of 6-7 workers were in my house ripping out soaked carpet and drywall. They worked throughout the day until my basement was completely cleaned up, flooring and ceiling completely removed and hauled away, and dehumidifiers were in place. Cousino's will also be taking care of replacing everything that was damaged (Yes they do flooring and drywall repair in house). I can't say enough good things about how quickly they responded, how efficient they were cleaning everything up, and how professional everyone has been. On top of the fact it was a Saturday, and the entire crew had to come in on their off day. If you call anyone else for damage/disaster repair, YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.
