So impressed to hear directly from the owner of the company today -- in less than 24 hours -- about my concerns. If you read my review here yesterday, please disregard it (I have deleted it because it no longer reflects my views). I wasn't sure companies were still this responsive and responsible today, but I was proven wrong. Happily. Very reputable company with very customer focused ownership. Well done, Cousino Restoration.
